Tool installation accuracy plays a key role in dimensional accuracy control. If there is a radial deviation in the tool installation, the diameter size error of the workpiece will be caused during the machining process. For example, when turning the outer circle, the radial installation of the tool is too high, which will make the diameter of the machined workpiece larger, and vice versa. In the axial direction, inaccurate tool installation will cause dimensional deviation in the length direction of the workpiece.
